This policy covers the Inomy platform and the Inomy Universal Cart browser extension.

1. Introduction
Intents Protocol, Inc. ("Inomy," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard the limited information you provide when using the Inomy platform (the "Platform"). Our goal is to be transparent while providing you with a powerful AI-powered shopping experience.
2. Our Commitment to Your Privacy
Our long-term vision is to build a completely private, anonymous shopping application. We believe that you shouldn't have to sacrifice personal data for a personalized experience. While we are not there yet due to certain technical limitations, our platform is intentionally designed to function without needing your personally identifiable information (PII). We are actively working towards solutions for greater privacy and welcome any feedback from our community on this mission.
3. What Information We Collect and Why
We have designed our Platform to function with minimal personal data. Here's what we collect:
- Email Address: This is the primary piece of personal information we collect. We use it for the sole purpose of allowing you to create and, if needed, recover your blockchain wallet. We can see your email address in our system, but we do not use it for any other processing at this time. In the future, we may use your email to send you updates, offers, or promotional content, and you will have the right to opt-out of these communications.
- Conversation Data: We have access to the conversations you have with our AI on the Platform to improve our service. This data is linked to your anonymous wallet address, not your email address. Although we have the technical capability to link your conversation history to your email, we have intentionally chosen not to do so to protect your privacy. We urge you not to share any PII such as your full name or address within these conversations.
- Technical Data: Like most online services, we automatically collect basic technical information such as your IP address, device information, and browser type. This helps us understand how users interact with our Platform and allows us to measure performance and improve the app.
- What We DO NOT Collect: We do not ask for or store your name, contact details (other than email), or any payment card information.
4. How We Share Your Information
Your privacy is important, and we limit who we share your data with.
- Privy (Third-Party Wallet Provider): We use a third-party service called Privy to provide you with a secure wallet. To create and manage your wallet, your email address is shared with Privy. Your use of the wallet is subject to Privy's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which we encourage you to review.
- Other Service Providers: We may use other service providers for hosting or analytics. We do not share your email address with them.
- Legal Authorities: We will share information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our company or others.
We do not sell your personal data to any third parties.
5. Blockchain & Your Privacy
Our Platform utilizes blockchain technology for features like rewards. Please be aware of the following:
- Transactions on public blockchains are public and cannot be changed or deleted.
- While your wallet address is visible on the blockchain, we do not store your email address or any other personal data on the blockchain.
- You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet.
6. A Note on Your Anonymity
An email address is required to create your wallet. The only purpose this email serves is to ensure that you can always access your wallet as long as you have access to that email account. We do not use it for any other purpose. For users who prioritize anonymity, we recommend using an email address created specifically for using our Platform.
7. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for two main purposes:
- Remembering your user preferences.
- Measuring performance and analytics to improve the Platform.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but please be aware that some features of the Platform may not function correctly as a result.
8. Data Retention
We retain your email address only for as long as it is necessary to provide you with our services (like wallet recovery) or to comply with our legal obligations.
9. Your Rights & Choices
You have a right to your data. You can request to access or delete the personal data we hold by contacting us. You will also have the right to opt-out of any future marketing communications.
To make a request, please email us at help@inomy.shop.
10. Security
We implement industry-standard safeguards, including encryption, to protect your personal data. However, no digital system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection of your information.
11. Children's Privacy
Our Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, we will take steps to delete that information and/or their account promptly.
12. International Users
If you access the Platform from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Platform, you consent to this transfer.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
14. Inomy Universal Cart Browser Extension
The Inomy Universal Cart browser extension lets you save products from any online shop into your Inomy cart and track their prices. When the extension runs on a page it reads only structured product data published by that page (such as schema.org product markup: name, price, image, and product URL). It does not read form fields, keystrokes, passwords, or page content unrelated to the product being viewed.
- What is sent to Inomy: the product URL and detected product details when you check a price or save an item, and an anonymous device identifier used to rate-limit anonymous requests. Product data is sent only when you interact with the extension (opening the card, checking a price, saving, or tracking).
- Sign-in: saving and price tracking require an Inomy account. Sign-in uses the same email-based login as the Platform, provided by Privy, and is subject to the sections above.
- Local storage: your session and preferences are kept in the browser's extension storage and can be removed by uninstalling the extension.
- No sale or unrelated use: extension data is used only to provide the cart and price-tracking features. It is not sold, and it is not used for advertising, creditworthiness, or lending purposes.
